Missed Deliveries & Holds

  • Carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning to sender.

Claims for Damage or Loss

  • Save all packaging and photographs of the damage for claims.

  • For lost parcels, notify us within 15 days so we can liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
